For pre-event communications, we consult with your onsite team in regard to shipping coordination, logistics, equipment needs, and set up. We also take care of all testing, battery changes, and frequency settings before your event starts. This allows you the peace of mind and the time you need so you can focus on other issues to ensure that your event runs smoothly and without a hitch.
