Over-the-phone interpreting (OPI) is the telephonic option, you will need to schedule the date and time for a phone call, and the interpreter will help with the communication.

Video-remote interpreting (VRI) is almost the same as OPI, but in this case, a digital platform is used for the assignment, such as Zoom or Google Meet. It is a video conference, so the communication is not only by voice but also by video.
