Every year more than 192 countries come together to celebrate Earth Day on April 22nd. ‘Gaylord Nelson, a U.S. senator from Wisconsin established this day to create awareness and reinforce support for environmental protection. More than 1 billion people celebrate Earth day making it the largest public event in the world. It is inspiring to see such collaboration among people to protect the natural environment.

This month AML-Global provided interpreting services to International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR). It is an establishment that informs users of industrial refrigeration technology through training and advocacy. IIAR is based in several regions around the world, Americas, China and Europe. For their event, IIAR needed Spanish and Mandarin interpreters for 2 days, and also rented a booth, 150 headsets and receivers from us.
A few weeks ago, we did an interpreting job for the Council on Foreign Relations. The Council on Foreign Relations is an independent organization that aims to be an informative source for its members, journalists, public servants, and other interested parties about foreign affairs between US and other countries. ‘For their event, they wanted an Arabic interpreter for a meeting and requested equipment for this event, that is, a booth, 48 headsets and receivers.
